Getting over the Sunday Blues

My first palpitation about the week ahead usually occurs around 2:00 or 3:00 pm on Sunday afternoon. Left unchecked, these “panic pangs” used to turn into full-on Sunday Night Blues by the time I finished dinner. You know that feeling—the realization that Monday morning you are back in the game officially: the phone will ring, email will flow, and you will face the reality of the “business” of your practice.

Overwhelm Alert!
Turning those blues into motivation is tough to do without clear goals. We’re used to helping our clients set goals, but have you set clear goals for your practice (and your life)? My Sunday nights changed once I actually wrote down what I wanted to accomplish for the year; once I defined what I wanted to create.  Now each week is an opportunity to welcome this abundance in and step closer to achieving my goals.

Sound hokey? Perhaps. But it chases those blues away. And I’ll show you how to do it! I am hosting a free 45-minute teleseminar tomorrow, Feb. 1, to keep you energized by your goals! Here are the details:

“The Other 91.7%: How to Leverage February–December to Create Practice Abundance in 2011”
Tuesday, February 1
1:00 pm EST

I plan to cover the following on the call:

  • Two methodologies to set goals that matter to you
  • Structures you can use to stay on track
  • How to attract more clients you actually like
